Great software if it wasn’t so buggy

I really want to love this software but there’s still a lot of bugs they need to figure out. Sometimes the audio doesn’t work when a call is answered on the phone. Sometimes it doesn’t let you stay logged into both mobile and desktop at the same time. It constantly logs you out of the mobile app, then it doesn’t autofill the login with password manager and it always requires 2 factor authentication. There’s definitely a lot of great features and when it works, it’s an awesome software. Just needs some work.

Good

Really convenient solution to have multiple numbers in différents country. Their support is a bit slow but always helpful. Sometimes, SMS OTP doesn’t work, but i always figure out how to make it.

Telephone Calls Work

Telephone works. But I struggle with sending SMS messages and sending attachments and links. So it doesn’t really replace a cell phone. So I don’t recommend it until they fix the texting. And they told me they could fix it, but it cost me a huge amount of money. By upgrading. So for that reason, I don’t recommend it.

Not reliable

The quality of the call are very patchy and unreliable. Used for two months and now want to terminate the subscription.

Multiple Issues, very Expensive and fail to fully disclose info.

I’ve been trying to use this service for 18 months and have found continued issues with drop outs, system randomly logging me out. Cost of calls and messages is extremely high and service is next to useless. - try later, wait for update are standard responses. Trying to port my number out and they can’t provide me with my account number to do so let alone action the port request breaking acma requirements. Overall a frustrating experience

Absolute piece of expensive junk

I didn’t like the product and they kept the auto renewal on by default. That’s rip off. On top of that after making a few calls only the compliance team sent an email asking “how did you obtain the number you call from your KrispCall” There are thousands of service providers who publically put their contact number on social medial. What do you expect from a user? To report “how did you obtain their number”, every time seriously???? PS: I had called couple of realtor in search of a rental unit, oopppps my bad I should NOT have called them. Lolz

What an Absolute Disaster… Rather Skip this app!

If you download this app, you’re forced to pay/sign up before you can access any content. If you choose not to sign up and close the app, they start sending unsolicited emails without providing an unsubscribe link. According to their support team, the only way to unsubscribe from their emails is by logging into their dashboard and manually disabling it in your email settings. However, when you attempt to log in, you’re again required to pay before accessing any app settings. They are extorting money from me to stop them from emailing me… Apple should remove this app from their store—it’s a frustrating waste of my precious time…

This App is a Terrible Experience

I feel robbed of $39 and have not used it not once for a single message! It forces you to pay $24 for the local Kenyan number, then tell you that you need a local address with the ID in order to use the number! There’s no refund. The app fails on many levels but most of all it is not intuitive. Gosh I got suckered!

Don’t waste your money

I wish I would have looked at the ratings before I purchased. You have to purchase before you can check to see if you can port your number. I think these are scammers, stealing $15 at a time. Shortly after the purchase i attrmpted toseek assistance yhrought the app. The live assistance were suddenly not eorking.

Wrong Advertising

It’s advertised that you can receive OTP/OTVCs with this platform, but then get told it depends on the company policies if they accept the number or not. Paid money due to false advertising and still cannot receive an OTVC. And no way to get a refund apparently.

Expensive also not working properly now in new update in phone i cant see any latest call or messages lil frustrated with this

Refusing to close my account and charging me for nothing

Avoid them- I have tried for months to close my account and was ignored only to see a deduction of the subscription from my credit card
