Useful app-based calling, but billing transparency could improve

I needed a Brisbane local number that could ring through to a mobile app while I’m overseas. KrispCall was ultimately able to provide that, and the core functionality works: someone in Brisbane can call a local 07 number and I can answer through the app over Wi-Fi or mobile data. Support was responsive, especially when I raised a billing issue. Some inbound calls from a Brisbane landline were initially charged at a much higher rate because they appeared as “anonymous” in the call detail report. After I flagged the issue, KrispCall investigated and credited the overcharge back to my balance, which I appreciated. That said, the onboarding and billing transparency could be better. …

We have clients in the US and UK and calling them used to cost us a lot. Someone suggested krispcall and honestly it has been working well for us. Got a US number set up in like 10 minutes and our clients there stopped ignoring our calls because now it shows a local number. Call quality is good most of the time. Had a couple of drops on the route but nothing that became a regular issue.

I would like to rate 4 stars for it's browser version. Browser calling is so convenient than i expected. It would be nice to duplicate SMS campaigns instead of creating them again. Yes, another thing that i only contacted support once, but they were friendly, explained everything clearly and solved my issue.

Been using krispcall with our CRM for a few months now. Having calls and customer interactions logged automatically is saving a lot of time of ours. Sometimes there can be a bit delay before call activities appears, but those are also been solved quickly.Aside from that, the integration has worked well.

Our business is in growth mode, and KrispCall has grown with us every step of the way. The scalability of this solution feels like having a communication platform that evolve with our business needs. It's adaptable, just like a growth-focused teammate. Plus, the exceptional customer support from team has been very helpful in day to day basis. But a small suggestion to KrispCall team is that, if you guys provide more self service resources or youtube tutorial for common queries could empower users like us to resolve issues independently, reducing dependency on the support team.

Works well across home and office

Somedays i work from home, and other days from the office, so being able to use krispcall in the browser is really convenient. It lets me sign in from anywhere without installing anything. Customer support was helpful, but resolving my issue took longer than i expected.

Virtual Number has worked exactly as expected

Basically i signed up to get a US virtual number for client communication.Setup process was easy and i was able to use the number immediately. Over the last few months, i have used it regularly for both calls and text messages. Everything has worked so fine and i haven't run into any major issues.

Krispcall is a overall good virtual phone system; however, one aspect that they should improve is their call log features. Currently, the call analytics only displays logs from the last 24 hrs, which can be quite inconvenient. It forces users like me to reach out to support team repeatedly to access older call logs, which can be time consuming and irritating. I hope they update their system soon , so that system can be more effiecient and user-oriented.

I like the call routing feature. It sends calls to the right team member fast. This tool helps our team a lot. One thing that I dislike is the call analytics feature is basic. It does not give enough data.

Amazing support and sales people. Always fast. KYC takes some time, but it's all right. We had a problem with the quality of the line at the beginning but it's been fixed.

Although they are young company they have great service

Although they are young company, they have excellent customer service. And features like notes & tags has helped us greatly as work aren't halted when one of the team member is unavailable. I love DND mode , as I can take a break without any pinging or ringing from my device. But Krispcall mobile app definitely needs an upgrade . most of the features are mising out , it would be great if they could update asap.

We got a number through Krispcall, however

We got a number through Krispcall, and have set it up and all. From there, the service looked okay. Software and its interfaces work fine. However, we feel there are some issues that must be misunderstandings in their agreements with their suppliers, as several of their services are useless as you can't use them fully, including with any CRM integration. This is the issue. You cannot send SMS messages to a Kenyan Mobile number unless you register your number as an alphanumeric Sender ID. This means the receiver of your SMS cannot reply to it, which makes the service worthless. However, without registration, a Kenyan number can send you an SMS, but now you cannot reply, which means the number is useless in connection with any CRM system, and you can not follow any conversation in a CRM system. And they say this is not just Kenya, but also other countries. The AlphaNumeric Sender ID is a service that is used by companies sending out BULK SMS's (SPAM) or service announcements, which is not the purpose of our number, but for communication. So we are told it is the same issue for Tanzania, Uganda, Rwanda, and Zambia. However, alphanumeric registration is not required to send SMS to South African or Canadian numbers. Here, we feel that they must not have the right agreements, as we know other companies do not have this issue. Some of the other companies also offer Alphanumeric Sender ID, but you can also have the normal service, with two-way communication. That said, there could be a misunderstanding somewhere in their system. We can only use our number through WhatsApp and with ordinary phone calls with our Partners, colleagues, and customers. Our old provider had no problem with it. So all in all, remember to ask all the right questions before signing up for a service.

Positive Mobile Experience

I've been using the mobile app regularly while traveling between client meetings. So that's the reason i am available anytime. The app generally performs well, i would not say that it is perfect and there could not be any other alternatives but i would like to confront that it has been a positive experience.

My overall experience with Krispcall(bad and good)

I've been using Kriscall for over 6 months now, and here are my good and bad experience with Krispcall. Good: Really affordable pricing. I'm using 10 plus more US virtual numbers. Also, low credit charges for calling and SMS. They have pretty cheap pricing for both. Bad: Krispcall App can be unreliable. Sometimes, sending SMS not working at all. I think they are more focus on web version. However, support is helpful in addressing issues in realtime.

Personal experience

Overall, it's a good service, but it has several major problems: 1- There is a subscription fee for using the panel, which is not common worldwide. Usually, fees are charged for services, not for using a control panel! 2- The control panel uses Google's reCAPTCHA V2 for login, which is extremely annoying! For instance, I never register on sites that use Google reCAPTCHA, or even if I have registered before, I avoid logging in because it's really time-consuming and ridiculous. Sometimes it gets stuck and doesn't pass. Imagine if you forgot your password and had to enter Google reCAPTCHA every time you try to log in. It's a disaster, taking an enormous amount of time and energy! Honestly, I avoid entering any website that uses reCAPTCHA unless absolutely necessary 3- The control panel is generally good, but sometimes displays irrelevant errors! 4- The mobile application doesn't use native technologies and doesn't perform well. 5- The support service doesn't really do much for you. If you have a problem, their attitude is like 'it is what it is.' Overall, they don't make much effort to retain customers 6- The biggest problem is that you have to pay the numbers' fee monthly!!! Usually, people deactivate their cards for online purchases after making an internet payment to prevent theft from their account. This means you have to log into this site every month and spend about half an hour of your time and energy just to make a two-dollar payment !

I ported virtual numbers to Krispcall from callhippo due to their excellent pricing as compared to callhippo. Their broad virtual phone number coverage is excellent but porting process and number verification process time was inconvenient. I recommend krispcall for pricing but they need to improve porting time for smooth transitions.

The product itself is solid, though customer support could use some improvements-- sometimes agents sound robotic and impersonal. The product itself is good, but they really need to upgrade their customer support. I have to repeat my problem 2-3 times and after certain time all they seemed to say was "could you please clarify your questions?". It was quite irritating and waste of time. Their live agent literally needs some training!

It does what it says

It does what it says. Took a bit of effort to get the list cleaned up, but the power dialer works as advertised. I wish they would clean up the paging on my list. It is really correct, but when you're dialing it jumps back to the first page alot, and you have to page ahead to find your place in the list. Then the paging is wrong on that view. Once you get out, it's right, just while dialing it is incorrect. Again, not a dealbreaker, just a nuisance, hence 4 stars vs 5.

Poor Support and Broken Integrations

This company can improve hugely in communications. Brand registration for SMS usage takes months I guess to complete? I'm not sure it's been about a month and I've heard nothing. We ported in a number and were told to submit their form for registration again. A week later, when speaking to the same rep (Alex) he now tells me that I didn't have to submit another form for registration. He even said that I was misunderstanding. I'll paste the exact messages so that anyone that views this can see: March 19th from Me to KrispCall - Hey! the number port came in today and I'm getting an error message when trying to send sms from it "Failed to Send: Unverified US A2P 10DLC registration" Do I have to complete another registration for this number as well? it's the same company, same information. Alex - Yes, you're right. You need to complete the A2P10DLC registration to send SMS from US number to US numbers. Me - I will do that then! Thank you Alex - Okay March 27th - Alex - Let me clear you out regarding A2P 10DLC. As you have already registered for A2P back on 8th March and we already moved forward with that one, you do not need to register again. Once the campaign is approved and completed, you can add multiple number under same Campaign. We will inform you once the campaign is approved. I hope this clarifies things for you. Me - that does clarify things for me. and is a direct contradiction to what you told me in this message chain on the 19th. Alex - Yes, you're right. You need to complete the A2P10DLC registration to send SMS from US number to US numbers. Actually, I was referring to the same A2P10DLC registration to be approved or completed by TCR to be able to send SMS from US number to US numbers. I apologize if you misunderstood it. We will surely update you further, once the A2P10DLC is completed or approved. Keep in mind that regardless of where they're at with their registration process that's incredibly unclear... I've been able to send SMS and MMS from another number on my account since March 17th during the first form completion. They also quote you that the time it takes for completion is 4-5 business days. As you can see it's been nearly a month. Now on to integrations... they apparently cannot service the integrations that the claim to have. The integration with Crisp at this time does not work for us. We managed to get the contacts synced (which required the help of support as well) but past that it's two separate systems still even though they claim it should create conversations with call and sms, it does not. It's been 20 days since I last spoke with them about this issue and haven't heard a peep. If you're using this for a phone system with no SMS or MMS and no integrations what so ever, you should be fine.. but you could use Google voice and pay less. So basically don't use Krispcall unless you have no other option and a lot of time... and don't mind being confused by their lackluster support staff. We've also had a bunch of issues with our clients hanging up mid call because the ring tone sounds weird.

The service did not work as intended

The service did not work as intended. Support wasn't at all helpful. While I was trying the service, they start you with 10 cents in calling credits, then encourage you to add more funds. There is no confirmation dialogue, so if you at all change the setting, you are charged immediately. Make sure you thoroughly test the service first ... because these additional funds are not at all refundable. This was a complete waste of money. Set up a google voice account, Google voice took way less time, and was no hassle, it just worked out of the box and exactly as intended.

Delays and issues with OTP delivery

I recently subscribed to the Essentail plan on KrispCall and received a free UK phone number. However, I encountered issue where the OTP didn't arrive in WhatsApp initially. After some time, I did receive the OTP. Overall, my experience with KrispCall.com has been mixed. While I appreciate the free UK phone number and the convenience it provides, I was disappointed that the OTP didn't arrive immediately in WhatsApp. It would have been helpful if KrispCall had consulted with me beforehand to inform me about any potential delays or issues with OTP delivery. Despite this setback, I found the customer service provided by KrispCall to be helpful.

I recently signed up for Krispcall....

I recently signed up for Krispcall and accidentally loaded my account credit twice. When I contacted customer service asking for refund of the duplicate credit, they informed me that it's against their policy to offer refunds. I understand having set policies, but feel that exceptions could be made for honest mistakes like mine. I had been happy with Krispcall's service up until this point and would have appreciated more flexible refund policy in rectifying an accidental double payment. In future, I'll be more careful when loading my krispcall account to ensure I don't accidentally double pay. However, it would make me more confident in using their service if I knew a use error could be corrected with their help.

Not a good start

Well, not off to a good start with KrispCall. 2 stars so far. Not a 1 star yet because I think it's only fair to see how it all plays out. But so far, this is super disappointing based on all these good reviews I've seen. The major issue I experienced is below but probably the most alarming one is this: the dial tone is not a US based dial tone. My customers are calling, connecting for one second, then hanging up and calling again. The dial tone sounds like a busy tone to them. That's probably the biggest issue for why I'm switching over. Beyond the below: I ported over a number to them from Google Voice. The port was supposed to be done within 1.5 hours. It was supposed to start at 8:30am PST and be done at 10am PST. I check in around 12pm PST. Still not done. 4pm PST and it's not done. When you call my line some robot answers and says "Thanks for the call. Configure your number's voice URL to change this message. Let us know if we can help you in any way during your development." And then promptly hangs up. This is what my customers are hearing when they call me. When you text the number it goes nowhere. Most of my customers text. They've been texting me for 7+ hours and not a single one of those texts will ever be seen. Who knows how much business I've lost at this point. It's at this point I get on the website to get some support. The support rep is super unhelpful, completely ignores everything I say, stops responding, didn't address any of my concerns, and said the most generic stuff. Basic "I'm sorry for the inconvenience, we will provide you an update soon." Apparently they ported the number with their porting team not available to handle the set up. Probably the most unprofessional thing I've seen in a long time. And if this is how they handle your porting, imagine how they will handle the rest of their interactions with you. Feb 22 Update: Gone from bad to worse. I updated my review to a 1 star. I just can't justify giving it anything more. A few things I found out: 1) There is no group texting. In a blog post they say they are the best app for group texting (I can't link the blog post because truistpilot won't let me). Yet, they don't actually provide group texting. 2) Pipedrive integration is bad. KrispCall assigned contacts to the Netherlands where the country code is +31 because I didn’t have +1 (US Code) in the number in PD. I ask support and they tell me they can't do anything. I had to go one by one in PD in my contacts and change them to a +1. I tried to delete my contacts to bulk upload and use excel to quickly append +1 to everything. When I deleted all contacts in KrispCall they deleted all contacts in PD. Gone. Luckily I could revert that in PD. But what if I couldn't? 3) I'd say half of my contacts can't be texted. It says "number invalid" or whatever. I have to go into PD and put it in just the right format +1 111 111 1111. Then, sometimes it works. And sometimes it doesn't. If it does work it doesn't assign it to the correct contact. So, I have to go back into PD and type in +11111111111 for it to sync. 4) App is clunky and bad. 5) And the worst is, my clients aren't getting my texts. I've had mass from our customers because of this. Honestly, I was really looking forward to KrispCall because of the integration. Also, other VOIP services have awful reviews. KrispCall had great reviews. But I have no idea how at this point. This is an absolute mess of a product. I'll update as we go along potentially. But man, awful, awful start. Update 2/24/25: It's too much, I've had enough. I can't get texts because of 10DLC, which they didn't notify me of. They said they sent me an email where that happened to be mentioned. Except they send me a ton of emails. And in my dashboard, it's not mentioned at all. I had to reach out to them that my texts weren't going through. They then told me about 10DLC. But didn't tell me how to register for 10DLC. They simply just told me that was the issue without a way to fix it. They then said ther called me. I checked and they called me at 8:50pm on a Sunday night. That was their "well, we tried" effort. A phone call at 8:50pm on Sunday. I'm out. March 19th update: For those of you looking for a good service, use OpenPhone. Very happy with them so far.

I had a terrible experience with…

I had a terrible experience with KrispCall. My account was suddenly suspended without warning based on a vague complaint. I immediately provided all the requested documents and detailed explanations on the same day (April 19), but despite multiple follow-ups, no one responded for days. They completely ignored my emails, provided zero guidance on next steps, and left my account and numbers locked without any resolution. No option to port out my numbers, no clear refund process, and no sense of urgency from their support team. This has caused serious disruption to my business. Extremely unprofessional, unreliable, and not recommended for anyone who needs timely customer support or service reliability. Avoid KrispCall at all costs.

Probably One of the Worst VOIP Experiences Ever If I could give 0 stars, I would. This was hands down one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a VOIP provider. While their tech support team was responsive and helpful, that’s where the positives end. Hidden fees everywhere — charges popped up that were never clearly explained. Ridiculous verification process — I had to re-verify my calls and messages every two weeks, which is insane for a business trying to function. Couldn’t delete messages in bulk — had to go one-by-one. It’s 2025… really? Call quality was poor — frequent drops and delays. Porting my number took 3 days — no heads-up, no warning, no way to receive calls or texts during that time. I lost business over it. Zero onboarding transparency — no clear timelines, no proper walkthrough, just a mess of assumptions. Uploaded my contact list and it didn’t even work — followed all instructions and still nothing. The entire experience felt like a bait-and-switch wrapped in a UI that looks decent but doesn’t actually function properly. Save yourself the time, money, and aggravation — look elsewhere.

KrispCall started out perfect two years…

KrispCall started out perfect two years ago (2024) and steadily deteriorated in tech, service, and functionality. So reviews will be skewed because early ones will praise it (as I would have). I use it for my business. We are now unable to receive phone calls on any device and three rounds of tech support have resulted in no repair. After we gave up using the mobile app, we switched to the online account service to make and receive calls and are told our computers are "offline" and that we should contact customer service. However, we wouldn't be able to receive that message if we weren't online! …

Very bad experience

Very bad experience. But if I get a refund of my $21 which I paid for, I will come back to give my sincere good review and make an edit to this review too. Krispcall dumped me!, it wasn't included in their features of pricing that you will pay $15 for a Monthly subscription and also make payment for the number you need which ranges from $2, and $6 above. There are other charges for receiving and sending out SMS/CALLS. You will always be charged again for any action to the number in terms of getting code verification from any platform. After you make payment for all these, you won't be given the phone number. you will get another email where you need to submit several documents like a Government ID Card, Proof of Address, and others. If you're able to provide them with that, you will be placed on pending approval by their admin and if the admin doesn't approve your documents, you won't get the number after you have paid all the fees of about $21. I wasted money and this is a big scammer platform! Very bad experience.

Slow, fees not transparent, do not expect to get anything right away

Eventhoug the customer service was really fast in their responses, professional and polite, by no means I cant recommend the service unless it receives a complete refresh in a way they operate. Buying first a general fee from 15-40usd, then having problems verifying the payment which was supposed to take 24 hrs but ny little pressure was cut down to 5 hours. Then you had to buy a number separately and for my desired country Estonia (I live in Finland) it would in fact have been much faster and cheaper to get a ferry their and back from Helsinki for prepaid card. Also I became a aware that they offered only separate cards for sms and separate card for voice and on top of that you should buy credits to cover the messages and calls. So a lot of hidden costs plus the activation for the number would have taken 24-72hrs. Most people who require this kind of service are usually in immediate need for business reasons etc and there are a lot of things that you come accross only after you have paid the initial fee. Despite the good customer service unfortunately I cant recommend the service as such by any means. So I decided to use the unconditional refund process (still going on and expected to take 24-72hrs due to weekend so lets see how fast they will manage the refund) As far as I understood the company is Singapore based and I would assume this kind of company with asian workforce would work around the clock but every time they seemed to blame the delays caused by the operators. Then again they are the one who provide the service which in this kind of business should be automated, pricing transparent and I became aware that they have to do a lot of manual work. So still waiting for the refund but overall experience was unfortunately more than negative. Not recommended.

If I could give zero stars, I would.

I’m an entrepreneur and I signed up for KrispCall to get a professional U.S. number for my business (I live outside the US). Big mistake. The service barely worked for a few days. Since then, I haven’t been able to receive essential verification calls (like PayPal, for example). Calls don’t even ring, they’re instantly marked as “missed,” without ever reaching my phone. I’ve been locked out of important business accounts, which seriously disrupted my operations. Customer support? Useless. They just sent a generic response like “it works for some users.” Basically: figure it out yourself. The service is unstable, and the app is buggy. Avoid this platform if you have real professional needs. It’s not reliable, and definitely not serious. One star (and that’s already too much).

If that's considered scam that led you to suspend my account I don't know what to say. I certainly don't mind paying if your service is reliable and won't log me out randomly making me miss things or suspending my account out of the blue. And what's most unreasonable is that you still charged me AFTER suspending my account. In your reply, you said that lengthy verification is only required for extensive use. That's not true. You asked for it right in the beginning. =======original entry:========= There's a monthly fee for the account, then a monthly fee for the phone number. Also, unknown charges for maybe receiving SMS and taking calls? I don't know coz the call & SMS fee list is nowhere to be found. The mobile app randomly logs you out and you miss calls and SMS. Suddenly they suspend your account without sending you any email coz your credit is low. There is nowhere to recharge on the mobile app. Once you log in with a PC it logs you out of your mobile. Even though they have suspended your account, they still auto-charge you the monthly fee - for both the account and number - yes, they charge you for your suspended account. You can't get the refund for the suspended account even if you decide you don't want to use it anymore. Coz it's their policy - once auto-charged, you will never get it back. So then you give up on the refund and cancel the sub to prevent the next auto-charge. In the cancel section, it says after you cancel the sub, you can still use the service until the end of the sub you have already paid for. That's a lie; once you click cancel, the whole dashboard is gone. It's blocked by a message "Your subscription for the workspace XXXX has been cancelled. Contact support for renew." Not that I will use it again, but why would you lie about this? It's a hassle even to open an account. They require you to show them your monthly credit card statement with their company name and the amount they charge to prove that it's you who paid them. You can only get your monthly statement once a month. When you explain this to the support, they just repeat everything they have already said. If you can't wait for your monthly statement to come out before using the service, you have to go through a lengthy process that involves taking selfie with your passport.. etc. I don't even remember the full process. It took maybe 2-3 days.

Avoid this company if you value your money

Avoid this company. Don't even consider it. If you use it, get messed around, and are given many excuses for why any problem is your fault and not theirs, remember this review. The service worked for me about 2% of the time when I needed an SMS verification message. They highlight this as one of the advantages of their so-called "company". I am under a lot of stress and trying to get back to my ill father thousands of miles away. I have a million things on my mind. I forgot to cancel my subscription and contacted them the same day, asking to refund it. Surprise ,surprise, it is all my fault - no refund will be given because it is my fault. This is a sham of a company. Do you know when you can just tell? Unfortunately, I needed it one day in an emergency, for that one day. However, I ended up paying for 2 months of a useless service Edit: I didn't sign up for 2 months. I tried to cancel before the end of the first month as your service is horrible. But unlike Audible and other decent companies (that even give you a FREE trial and let you cancel way in advance, yet keep your trial until the end), you cut me off the second I cancelled and I had paid!!!!! Last week you had less than 3 stars on Google. This week, less than 2. I am struggling financially here to get back to see my dad in the UK. But if you NEED to keep my money over a technicality (and thus demonstrate a lack of humanity), then what can I do? Just warn others

Stay away from this service. I paid for a specific phone number, but due to financial difficulties and a lack of immediate need, I couldn't use it for a while. They ended up cancelling my number. Once my business was back on track, I tried to subscribe again, but the phone number was no longer available. Support informed me that I had to purchase a new number because they rent their numbers from a third party. Why was I paying for a phone number if I risked losing it due to their flawed business model? Additionally, they charge for incoming calls in addition to outbound calls. That means that every time I receive a phone call, from scammers for ex., I pay for that. If something sounds too good to be true, it probably is, that is what I learn dealing with these guys. Avoid KrispCall, as they will not save you money in the long term. Might as well turn to AirCall.

I am frustrated with KrispCall. After being a user for 3 years, I am really tired of the fake calls and SMS messages that I receive, which waste my credits. I use this for WhatsApp, and you can’t disable receiving calls or messages. Every time someone calls or sends an SMS, I lose a credit—even if I don’t want it. This feels like a total scam. Why am I paying KrispCall for calls or messages that I didn’t request? They tell me to block the number. Okay, I lose the credit, and then the same thing happens again from a different number. Total joke. Stay away from this company.

I had sign up with KrispCall on 23 January 2025, 11: 52 Pm Pakistan Time. Since than I am struggling with A2P 10 DLC. I had chatted with Charles, Alex, Danial, Lisa, Samantha etc all are failed and did not assist me well for A2P 10DLC process. My verification got rejected twice. I asked them multiple time for the assistance, but they had not assisted me. I had wasted my 4 weeks. I believe your chat team is not well educated and need more education regarding KrispCall platform. After wasted 4 weeks time period I had decided to cancel my subscription. If anyone have enough time to waste, then join this KrispCall and if you need smart and assisted chat support then NOT RECOMMENED.

Very amateurish company

Very amateurish company. Although the chat staff are friendly they can't do anything but repeat the same thing 100 times and say "we hope" every time. I cannot receive 1 time verification text messages from a certain service I needed a number for and first took this problem to my service provider. They told me to ask my phone provider to disable ad blockers because they are blocking the text messages. After I put this to the chat staff they told me about 8-9 days ago to put this to their technical support. I have never in my life seen a technical support who takes more than 7 days to solve a simple problem or at least provide an answer to the problem instead of 8-9 days of total unresponsiveness. Very and very amateurish. Not recommended

3 big issues

I have 3 big issues: 1- I buy a promotion plan for "lifetime" subscription. Where I can only pay for ohone numbers. But next year they charged me again and said only the "promotion discount" was lifetime, you should still pay. It was an obvious marketing deception. 2- When opening the app it takes more than 1 minute to load. 3- When i receive a call, it takes 30 second for the app to load. By that time any caller drops the call.

For some reason I could'nt call mobile numbers. They said the technical team was working on it, but after one day it wasn't resolved + needed 24h more. 2. Line numbers are of very very bad quality. Fairly impossible to have a normal conversation.

Would give 0 if possible. Try to cancel due to hidden expenses and was told by support chat they couldn’t cancel my account I need to find how to do it on the site which is almost impossible to find. Finally advised o could email their support to cancel and was then again directed to their site. Feedback was provided to 3 different customer service representatives and ignored in the exact same robotic way. They are trained not to help and just take your money. Look elsewhere

This is a total scam. They ask for money for Telegram verification, but the number does not work. They claim it’s due to Telegram’s policy, which likely does not accept virtual numbers. Then they suggest buying another number. When asked about verification, they respond that they are not sure if it will work or if you will receive a confirmation call. I strongly advise not to use this service.

Shady business practices, can't access the account information, delete the account etc. Comments from the chat: "As you have not completed the signup process, the data will be deleted after few days." "Well, it might be deleted within 20 to 30 days by the system." "As I mentioned it will be deleted with the time frame of 20 to 30 days." "Please be advised that your information will be automatically deleted by our system within the next few weeks since you have not completed the signup process. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused" Nah, not happy with this. Don't enter CC information here. They won't delete it; you can't delete it.. All very shady. The company is in Singapore; who knows what they do with that account info. Horrible experience.

Tricked by a Discount: Offer Led to Nothing

I was checking the platform and there was a popup offering a %14 discount in exchange for my email. I gave my email address and ticked the box to receive marketing communication. I get the code. I went to the checkout page but the code did not work :) I contacted customer support, and they only said the code is not valid anymore. So, they got my contact info without giving the discount promised.

Dishonest spam company that is trying to extract personal info in the form of ID from people and then doesn't respect request to be removed from the mailing list and keeps spamming my mailbox for years. Can't believe their price nowadays. Beware and guard your ID which they ask you to send without any encryption under the pretext of a "fraudulent cards", meaning they are the fraud!

Scammers. They lie about themselves by giving positive feedback here and elsewhere online. They offer terrible phone lines, suddenly raise prices, and disconnect lines whenever they want against the contract, do not give them your credit card number. Skimming your card for nothing

Worst experince after 6 months of usage

Had been using there service for more then 6 months now. I had requested to get my a2p verfied. Even after 6 months they are asking me to wait for more time since there service provider is looking into my application to get verified. I have ended there service and moving forward with another compnay
