How we review KrispCall

What this site is

KrispCall Reviews is an independent review aggregator. We are not KrispCall and we don't work for them. Our goal is simple: collect what real users say about KrispCall across the platforms where they post it, then organize it so you can make an informed decision in a few minutes instead of an afternoon.

Where the reviews come from

We aggregated 55 published reviews across 5 platforms. We did not write, edit, or solicit any of them. Every review is the words of a real KrispCall user, quoted from its original source:

• Trustpilot· The largest KrispCall review pool, heavy on onboarding, support, and billing experiences.
• G2· Verified business-software buyers, mostly small-business sales and support teams.
• Capterra· Gartner-owned software directory; a smaller but more critical KrispCall reviewer pool.
• Google Play· Android app reviews; by far KrispCall's weakest platform, focused on the mobile experience.
• App Store· iOS app ratings; a small, sharply divided pool of mobile users.

How we score and tag

Each review is tagged by sentiment (positive, mixed, or critical) and by audience, so you can filter to the perspective that matches you. The headline score (3.6/5) is the plain average of the star ratings across all 55 reviews. It is not a number we made up, and it is not weighted to flatter the product.

Why we publish critical reviews

A review site that only shows praise isn't a review site. We include the negative reviews on purpose: the billing complaints, the support frustrations, the edge-case bugs, all verbatim and unedited. Balance is the entire point. It's what lets you trust the positive reviews too.

Keeping it current
