First company I have ever seen who actually does not want customers?! Their sign-up page does not work for last two months. I saw another user asking the same question recently on the company own YouTube page and the answer was "due to high volume of traffic sign-ups temporarily disabled". Really? I can imagine the quality of service they are offering if that issue was already ongoing for 2+ months and still not resolved! Anyway apperently they they do NOT want YOU as a customer so Avoid!!!!

Phone app wouldn't work, I kept getting told it will be fixed, they kept telling me this until my cool off period finished, so when I asked for a refund they wouldn't give it to me. Phone makes a sound like it hangs up when it calls, so customers hang up Go with another company, this one just wants to take your money Even after asking to cancel subscription, and being told it was cancelled, they kept charging me.

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME. This is the most terrible calls provider and they have a horrible customer service. EVERY TIME I try to connect with them about issues they make me repeat everything again and again. They never solve problems. TRANSFERRING CALLS DOESN'T WORK. IVR MENÚ DOESN WORK. CONSTANT LACK OF CLARO AND CALLS FREQUENTLY BEING INTERRUPTED. APP ON PHONE DOESN'T NOTIFY CALLS AND SEND WHOEVER IS CALLING DIRECTLY TO VOICEMAIL.

Disgusting service. They will ask you to sign up with aggressive marketing and the moment you pay them all hell will break loose. First even after doing KYC multiple time they will keep saying your account not KYC verified and will restrict you. Then they will say your calls are complaint with their terms and will suspend the account and not refund you. Which also leads me belive they hear your private conversations and record them which is a SERIOUS DATA BREACH

Terribly misleading and barely any features. Numbers won't work for WhatsApp and any foreign numbers, you have to have an address there. For some numbers they require documents but don't show where to upload them. App is bad, pricing is bad, and it doesn't work as advertised. I'd give it a zero if I could.

Very buggy. If you receive a call whilst on the lock screen you can answer it, but then you have to unlock the screen and go back into the app, and here it often fails. At other times the caller can't hear me properly and/or the cal just cuts out when try to answer. Also, the app takes 30 seconds to load, no idea why. I'm switching to a different provider now.

Slow activation & unfair billing! Paid for a business number, but activation took 4–5 days with endless document requests. Still charged while waiting. Call quality is clear, but the signup process is frustrating and slow. Hard to recommend when you need a number urgently. The whole process should be made clear before you are purchasing the number.

The reason why I'm giving it 4 stars is because I got my refund otherwise that would be a 1. The reason I didn't like the service is because it's kinda misleading. If you are gonna buy this service, just make sure that there are some hidden costs behind it which are not explicitly mentioned 1: the subscription cost(not hidden) 2: the cost of having a phone number, cuz I couldn't see that anywhere while purchasing 3: credits, which are too expensive as compared to other providers like twilio.
